COVID-19 Updates and Procedures

We are so excited to open our salon by APPOINTMENT ONLY beginning 5/15. We are putting the following procedures in place for the safety of our clients and team. This experience may be different, but the excellent service will remain the same!
Closed Waiting Room: You will need to stay in your vehicle until your appointment time. We will call or text you after your stylist has completed sanitation procedures. No additional guests are permitted to be with you.
Belongings: Please leave your extra belongings such as unnecessary bags, jackets and hats in your car.
Sanitation: Masks are required. We can provide you one for an additional $2 charge while supplies last. Our team will be asking each guest to use hand sanitizer upon entering. Please bring your own reading material, as we cannot provide magazines at this time.
Hospitality Station: Our hospitality station will not be available at this time.
Services: We cannot offer beard trims, mustache trims or lip waxing until further notice. Eyebrow waxing will still be available.
Checkout: Our credit card reader is capable of touchless pay options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We will continue to offer cash payments however, we recommend sanitizing after this exchange.
Wellness: If you feel uncomfortable coming in for your appointment, you have any symptoms of illness, or if you have been in contact with someone who has, please reschedule.
Your health and safety continue to be our top priority and we appreciate your willingness to abide by these standards. We are so grateful for you and your business during this time.

We want to share some of the ways we are preparing to reopen and the new procedures that we will put into place to help keep you and our team safe as that continues to be our top priority.
There may be changes in scheduling and stylists hours due to social distancing limitations. We will be extending hours and adjusting stylists schedules to best accommodate our clients.
Our phone lines will be temporarily paused while we begin the process of rescheduling. We will provide updates when our phone lines resume.
Our team will be contacting anyone who was already on the schedule at the time of closure for rescheduling.
If you had an appointment scheduled on or after the date of reopening, your appointment will remain on the schedule. Should your appointment be impacted by scheduling conflicts you will be contacted.
We greatly appreciate your patience during this time. Please know we will do the best we can to accommodate all our clients with these new regulations given to us by the State. Please check back for more updates and new procedures coming soon!
